Day 1 - 6

I was quite shocked when I first did the Ferris Wheel exercise. I realized that my left eye wasn’t able to coordinate well with my right.

During the rotation, my left eye was noticeably slower. I am thankful for the knowledge, as I cannot imagine what would happen to my left eye had I let the muscle weaken progressively.

As for my eyesight, there wasn't any detectable difference. However, when I did the Eyes Wide Open exercise. I did noticed glimpses of crisper vision.


Day 7 - 12

Learnt to depend on my glasses less and had since been enjoying every moment of it. Except for distance work such as driving or watching a movie in cinema, I usually stay un-spectacled.

Day 12 - 29

April 2012 - July 2012

I restarted the whole program from Day 1 and committed to do it every single day. It was my Day 76 (this is extended on my choice. The normal training schedule is 60 days) as I was writing this article. Yay! Not one day missed ^o^.

2012 - Till Date
