compromized immune system

I keep a couple of very smoothly worn river rock, a bit smaller than the exterior size of my eyeball, in my freezer.

When my eyes are feeling tired and stressed, I retrieve the rock, only one at a time, lie on my bed, the room preferably darkened, and carefully place an ice cold rock on the closed eye, usually no more than 30 seconds each eye. If kept on too long you may end up with a tremendous headache.

Replace the rocks to your freezer, wait approx. 10-12 minutes and repeat procedure. After completing this a couple of times, take your index and middle finger and gently massage your closed eyeballs.

Enjoy the abstract patterns that occur.
